SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY:
Shea By Nai has established new shipping rates, delivery schedules, and faster delivery service to enhance your overall shopping experience with us. We are participating shipping services with USPS in which offers Priority Mail Tracked and Insured package shipping within 1-3 days. We work promptly to ship orders in timely fashion within 2-4 business days* after your order is processed. Please be mindful of weekends and/or holidays when expecting packages and calculating shipping times. Please note said time frame is an estimate and not a guarantee.
*Business Days are Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Orders will not ship on New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business day.
USPS DISPATCHED LOST/MISSING PACKAGE POLICY:
Shea By Nai is no longer responsible for any packages while package(s) are in transit, lost/missing, and/or stolen once package(s) leave our facility. Shea By Nai will not provide a refund or resend a new order if the tracking number of the order has been confirmed and marked as delivered to shipping address listed.
If your package has been confirmed with USPS as "delivered in mailbox/porch/reception etc." and you did not receive your package(s), you must file a claim with USPS immediately. Click the link below to start the process for your claim at USPS.

Once your claim is filed with USPS, it will prompt an investigation to located the whereabouts of your package(s).
If your package is returned to sender for any reason, you may be eligible for a store credit, where applicable (deducting shipping cost) once it is confirmed that SheaByNai has received the product(s) untampered with and in sellable condition. If you would like your package(s) to be reshipped to you, you are responsible for the new shipping costs as the original shipping label will be void.
ROUTE INSURANCE: DAMAGE/LOST PACKAGE POLICY:
Shea By Nai has proudly partnered with ROUTE PACKAGE PROTECTION. By selecting Package Protection at checkout for an additional cost, your order will be protected from damage, loss*, or theft. In order to prevent unfortunate circumstances such as an order not arriving or receiving a damaged order, you can file a claim with Route and receive a replacement of your order or refunded. We highly recommend you add Route Package Protection at checkout to ensure the protection to your order.
*Claims for packages marked "delivered" yet not received in which there is no evidence of “porch piracy” must be made 5 days after “delivery date” but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not misdelivered or easily found around the premises." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
WARM CLIMATE SHIPPING DISCLAIMER:
Shea By Nai highly recommends that during the warmer seasons, orders should be shipped to a location where your package(s) can be picked up/retrieved immediately. All orders must be stored in a dry, cool and/or room temperature location. Our whipped butters are composed with all natural ingredients, maintaining our luxurious feel and beneficial attributes for our clients. In order to uphold the integrity of our products, there are no added chemical stabilizers or emulsifiers to prevent melting.
Unfortunately, Shea By Nai is unable to control warmer temperatures while your package(s) is in transit (ex: mail trucks & in mailboxes). We ARE NOT responsible for melting disputes and orders will not be refunded or replaced. If melting ensues, our butters can be placed in a room temperature environment or placed in a refrigerator to re-solidify.
Once a product is melted, it will be perceived as if your product will be decreased in volume however, this only demonstrates a different consistency other than whipped. Our butters will maintain all its nourishing attributes despite the change in texture.
RETURN/EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY:
Due to safety and sanitary policies, we are unable to accept returns and/or provide exchanges on any items. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO EXCEPTIONS. CANCELLATION POLICY
Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change, price adjustments or cancel an order once it has been submitted.
